MiTV and Dallab signed MOU to deliver 3G phone

Malaysia, October 31 st , 2005 - DALLAB INC SDN BHD and MiTV today announced their launch on the 3G Network in Malaysia (referred as the “Network”).

Dallab Inc Sdn Bhd a company incorporated in Malaysia located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia is known as the first Asian provider of wireless communication market which focuses on designing and developing the latest heights of technology on Mobile computing devices , Bluetooth headsets , Bluetooth connectivity solutions, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) solutions and GPS tracking system solutions.

Dallab Inc Sdn Bhd and MiTV Corporation Sdn Bhd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines plans for collaboration in the area of wireless connectivity solutions and devices for consumers, business customers and industrial Applicationss.

The strategic alliance of this cooperation with MiTV Corporation Sdn Bhd lays the groundwork for creating a new business model that allows timely responses to the corporate clients' mobile business demands.

In the MOU ( Memorandum Of Understanding ), the two respective companies agree to conduct joint technological support and exchange of their vision and strategies for innovations in communication technologies in 3Gs Network mobile solution for corporate clients. This is to create a new business model that combines mobile communications with a world-class IT solution. Corporate clients can build a more efficient computer work environment based on this mobile solution. The next Dallab showcase to be featured soon in future is the 3G PDA phones.
